Carlos was a pleasure to deal with. He was super diligent working on my scooter, the batteries were hard to remove, but he was able to get them out and came back to install the new ones. I was also able to get new batteries for my bigger scooter for a great deal!! Thank you Carlos for making us “mobile” again!!

😮, THIS MAN IS VERY HONEST AND IT WAS SUCH AN AWESOME SURPRISE. I went prepared to pay $300 for a battery. He checked ✅ the battery and said it was good. Then the charger 🔌 was $45 dollars and he checked ✅ the charger and he said it was good 😊 😮 I AM SO AMAZED AND HAPPY🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽😊. He checked further and said it was fuse $10. The key 🔑 that a locksmith made was hard to use and the locksmith said he would charge me $150 because he had to go inside of the panel and when he got there he said he couldn’t make one, because he couldn’t get inside the panel. So his boss came and wanted to charge me $250 and I talked him down to $200. THAT STILL 😞.well, after he saved me so much money I asked him does he make keys and he said he has keys for that scooter for $25. I WAS SO HAPPY BEAUTIFUL I GET RIPPED OFF SO MUCH AND I COULD NOT BELIEVE HE WAS SO HONEST. I was so excited with him telling me how to put a fuse in if it happens again until I had put my credit cards back into my wallet 💳 without paying him. God knows, I just forget. I was happy to pay him for THAT AMAZING AND AWESOME SERVICE. When you BLESS OTHERS YOURE RECEIVE BLESSINGS. I LOVE ❤️ GOD AND I WANT TO ALWAYS BE AS HONEST AS HE IS. He could have easily made at least $300 off of me… yet he chose to be honest and I AM SO THANKFUL. If I could give him more that 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would, BECAUSE HE DEFINITELY DESERVES IT. So in the future I will trust him for ALL OF MY MOBILITY NEEDS🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

My wheelchair’s joystick was broken to the point where I could not safely drive the wheelchair. I completely rely on my chair for independent living. I called Eagle Medical and explained my situation within hours I was in the office having my chair fixed. The costumer service was great. Thanks to Eagle Medical I was able to leave with a working wheelchair. I am beyond grateful for their dedication to making sure people like myself leave there extremely satisfied.

I spent two months looking for wheelchair repairs for my client before discovering Eagle Medical Services. Carlos provided excellent service with a great sense of humor, quick repair work, and friendly conversation. This was the best experience. I highly recommend bringing all your medical equipment services to Eagle Medical in Gainesville, FL, located off Archer Road.

My experience was AWESOME AND AMAZING. This man is HONEST AND I AM THANKING GOD FOR HIM. I drove from Fleming Island Plantation (approximately 100 miles ) to come here. I had my credit card 💳 and was prepared to pay $300 for a battery because I had talked to him on the phone before I left Fleming Island. I said I came to get new batteries and he said let me check you batteries FIRST. He checked my batteries and he said they are good and I said ARE YOU SURE AND HE SAID THEY ARE GOOD. Then he said I’ll check your charger and he said your charger is good $45 is what it costs. So then he said it’s 1 of your fuses and it cost $10 I’m thinking I only have to pay $10. He showed me where is is and how to replace it if it happens again. 🙏🏽❤️😊. I then tell him about the key I paid a locksmith $200 to make because he said it was difficult to do because he would have to go inside the panel. Yet, it’s hard to use to crank the scooter up. He said he has the standard key and it’s only $25. I AM SO HAPPY 😃. I was so happy until I was putting my credit cards 💳 back into my wallet without paying him. God know that was an accident BECAUSE I WANT TO ALWAYS BE AS HONEST AS HE IS. When WE BLESS OTHERS WE WILL BE BLESSED AND I AN SURE HE WILL BE BLESSED. Honest people are ALWAYS BLESSED 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️✅I MADE IT BACK TO FLEMING ISLAND 😊. I found that receipt for that locksmith charging me $200 for that key for my scooter and it doesn’t work good. There is no refund. If I ever lose one again I know to drive to Gainesville to Eagle Medical Services Inc to get another one THAT WORKS AND PRICED AWESOME 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Carlos is amazing! I was at whit's end with my 93 year old mother's hospital bed, he was quick to respond, super helpful and got everything fixed and better than new. A lovely human that I cannot recommend highly enough.
